Ingredients

organic chia seeds

organic sesame seeds

Otherwise known as linseeds
Instructions
Preheat Oven to 150 degrees
Place all ingredients into a jar with a lid, Stir together, place lid on and shake until well combined.
Leave cracker mix to swell for about 15 minutes
On either 2 silicon mats or trays lined with chlorine free baking paper, spread the mix out thinly and evenly with a spatula.
Place in oven. Check once time is up to see if it needs a little more time. The crackers should be dry and crisp.
Break into pieces, leave to cool and store in an airtight container. You can halve the mix if you would like a smaller batch.
