I can’t say I’ve been able to find any crackers at the shops that have a full list of Meagan approved ingredients in them. And I don’t really need to, I just make my own! The only issue is that they are soooo good that they don’t last very long.
This recipe has been adapted from For Real. A recipe book by Maryana Lishman of Raised on Real Food.
I use Changing Habits Seaweed Salt, turmeric and Chia seeds in this recipe but any turmeric, seeds and Sea salt is fine if you don’t have Changing Habits.
Preheat Oven to 150 degrees
Place all ingredients into a jar with a lid, Stir together, place lid on and shake until well combined.
Leave cracker mix to swell for about 15 minutes
On either 2 silicon mats or trays lined with chlorine free baking paper, spread the mix out thinly and evenly with a spatula.
Place in oven. Check once time is up to see if it needs a little more time. The crackers should be dry and crisp.
Break into pieces, leave to cool and store in an airtight container. You can halve the mix if you would like a smaller batch.
