I’ve been craving chocolate crackles lately as I keep seeing them on kids lunch box ideas posts on Facebook. I had some Paleo Hero Primal Muesli in the cupboard. It’s packed with nuts, seeds, coconut, cranberries etc. It’s just a bit too sweet for me because of the honey so I thought I could balance out the sweetness with the sharp and bitter dark chocolate taste of Changing Habits Cacao Melts. If you are a real sweet tooth you may like to add some sweetener to taste but I love them with just the muesli and the melts.

  • 1 cup Changing Habits Cacao Melts

Instructions
  1. Lay out your cup cake papers on a tray that will later go into your fridge. It doesn't hurt to use 2 papers for each crackle if you have extra available.
  2. Place Cacao melts in a small saucepan on Med-low heat and stir continuously until smooth. Do not boil. Take off heat.
  3. Stir through muesli until well combined and then spoon into 12 mini cup cake papers.
  4. Place in fridge for about 45mins. If you want them sooner, place in freezer for about half the time.
